Abstract
We present the results of a silicon photonics micro-transceiver operating at 25.78 Gbps while submerged in three different immersion cooling liquids. The transceiver performance was not significantly altered by the first two liquids with low dielectric-constants, however the high dielectric-constant of the third coolant degraded performance.
