The results of SEM analysis reveal that the length of ZnO nanorods are 2.82 µm and 7.88 µm with and without ZnO crystal seed layer, respectively. The output performance of the piezoelectric nanogenerator were driven by ultrasonic waves device and measured by I-V characteristics instrument.
