Abstract

التوصيف الواضح للمعلم الناجح : سلسلة دراسات في المناهج و طرق التدريس This research is considered as my first study series abput education and it’s fundaments . There is no dobr that the “ teacher” is the most important fundament in the learning and education process. The research points out the features for a teacher f do his task successfully. This research consists of three chapters illustrated as follows: The First Chapter^ In this chapter , I focus on the reality and nature of this vocation . The Second Chapters This Chapter concerns with the features that must be available in every teacher . These features are classified as physical , mental, moral, and social features . More over , a few details concerning the way of preparing and qualifying the teacher are Involved in this chapter . The Third chapter : This chapter involve general demonstrations that aim to assist teachers, in their tasks. Moreover , I have depended on relevant sources which were *o beneficial to the researher, in the course of writing this research Hoping that this research will be any helpful to show its objectives
