A Multi-feature CBIR Method Using in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Tongue Diagnosis

Abstract

A new image retrieval method based on multi-feature (color and texture) is used in the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) tongue diagnosis in this paper. We use a 20D eigenvector including both color and texture as whole image's feature to retrieval the resemble tongue images. By this way we can classify the tongue pictures excellently and get great retrieval results. By experiments the result is satisfactory
