The difference of pairwise comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the comparison of the visual field defect values, group B > group A > control group, and the difference of pairwise comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Abstract

光学相干断层扫描对原发性开角型青光眼的早期诊断效果观察
目的:探讨和分析光学相干断层扫描(OCT)对原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的早期诊断效果。方法:将50例PSAG患者按病情分为A组(25例,早期)和B组(25例,晚期),设计对照实验。另加同期健康体检病例25例作为对照组。三组患者均行OCT检查并分析结果。结果:视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度B组最小,A组次之,对照组最大。两两比较差异有统计学意义(P组>对照组),两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用OCT对POAG进行早期诊断确实可以获得满意的结果,提供明确的RNFL值和视野缺损表现,值得临床应用和推广。
