On the Application of the Plan Formula to the Study of the Zeta-Function of Zeros of Entire Function

Abstract

Received 10.09.2019, received in revised form 16.11.2019, accepted 20.01.2020 Abstract. We consider an application of the Plan formula to the study of the properties of the zetafunction of zeros of entire function. Based on this formula, we obtained an explicit expression for the kernel of the integral representation of the zeta-function in this case.
