Abstract

This article was written with the aim of providing recommendations for improving the quality of services for the academic community, especially students. As part of the public service, ASN in the university environment has the purpose and function as direct implementers of student administration service activities. Service is carried out in the form of core issue-based actualization activities that arise based on qualitative methods with APKL analysis (Actual, Problematic, Eligibility and Feasibility), Fishbone and USG (Urgency, Seriousness, and Growth).
