The results indicate the success of implementing EFL online teaching in Indonesian higher education is highly dependent on the proficiency and readiness of lecturers in teaching transition, media preferences as teaching medium during project-based model is fully and blended learning approaches and institutional support during teaching adaptation. Abstract

The study aims at exploring EFL lecturers’ perceptions and students’ voices on the impact of environmental factors to the accomplishment of effective online teaching and learning viewed at university and home contexts.
