Comportamiento informativo en el ámbito universitario: Estudio de caso en la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a case study on the information search behavior of four groups of two bachelor’s degrees: Pedagogy and Educational Psychology of the eighth semester of the National Pedagogical University (UPN), Ajusco Campus. The results obtained provided data to identify the sources and the information resources that they mainly use, as well as the language and timeliness. To analyze this work, the mixed method was used, using the survey technique and, as an instrument, the questionnaire to collect the information.
