Abstract

Data on people with disabilities in the world reaches around 15% or more than one billion people in the world. People with mute and deaf disabilities have limited communication, they often communicate using hand sign language. But these hand signals are not widely understood but are only understood by people who study hand signals. In this research will apply the fuzzy logic method in the device to translate hand signals into A-Z alphabet letters. also added data search methods to speed up the process of translating hand signals to letters.
