Initially, this process has been made by hand for over 50 years. That is why it is time to make a new way to tackle this process. This paper discusses the usage of the MQTT protocol to send data to a SPA in IoT-based communications. The systems work with an ESP8266 microcontroller built on a digital weight scale that communicates. It uses Wi-Fi capabilities; the microcontroller's data is sent to the SPA via MQTT in real-time. The SPA is used with any kind of IoT device and people with low technical knowledge. To measure the MQTT protocol's capabilities is tested using an environment displayed by the time between communications.
