Abstract
A microcavity fiber-Fabry-Pérot-interferometer (MFFPI) based on dual hollow-core-fibers is developed to measure refractive-index (RI) and material dispersion of liquids. The measurement can determine the Sellmeier equation of liquids with picoliter volume in the near-IR region.
