TO THE QUESTION OF THE PRINCIPLES, METHODS AND THE ORDER OF DETERMINING THE NORMATIVE PRICES, DURATION, VALUE OF R & D

Abstract

Research and developmental works (R&D) their specific and complication of scientific work play important role in development of different industries of industry and in particular наукоемких industries of industry. The sphere of R&D requires considerable financial, technical, technological and material expenses. By major indexes at a decision-making about financing of R&D, there is their cost, labor intensiveness, duration. An analysis and systematization of existent methods of their calculation are conducted in the article. The features of different ways and methods of estimation of R&D were educed, on the basis of norms of labor expenses and with the use of statistical materials and application of method of statistical design.
