This article finally got that the verification method described can verify the three-layer control strategy, and the controllable high-resistance action is correct. Abstract

The 1000kV line stepped controllable shunt reactor was the first application of the UHV project, installed on the Zhangjiakou side of the Jiading line I of the Zhangbei-Xiongan project. The control strategy of SCSR was divided into three layers, namely the inner layer, the outer layer and the outermost layer. It was a difficult problem to implement the strategy in the system debugging to verify whether the controllable high-resistance can act accurately under this strategy.
