Abstract

This is an analysis of the automation process and their impact on productivity in the Brazilian banking sector, but specifically in the Bank of Brazil in the 1990s until today, and their impact on banking work processes that has strengthened the accumulation of capital in this sector, disrupting labor rights, redefining the role of banking in the context of productive restructuring.
