Secondly, a new delay-independent criterion of finite-time boundedness for a part states and finite-time stability for the other part states of the discussed system is also given. Abstract
Under some simple conditions, the finite-time boundedness of a network about its all variables is derived by only considering the finite-time boundedness of its partial variables.
