Abstract

: The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of commitment, communication and service quality on student loyalty; to find out the influence of commitment, communication, and service quality on student satisfaction; to find out the influence of student satisfaction on student loyalty; to find out the influence of satisfaction in mediating the influence of commitment, communication and service quality on student loyalty.
