Rutile structural type formation (space group P4<inf>2</inf>/mnm, PDF 21–1276) have been confirmed with XRD analysis. Abstract
TiO2 nanoporous microspheres with diameter of 20 μm and good crystallinity have been obtained by precipitation from water solution of ammonium titanate with nitric acid at pH = 1 and T = 100°C without thermal treatment of final product.
