Abstract

Integrating Dengue patients’ data in semantic web from “deep web” facilitates interoperability amongst healthcare systems. Mapping dengue patients’ data that exist in relational databases with the existing machine-readable and interoperable Dengue knowledge-base is crucial towards providing interoperability through linked data network amongst Electronic Health Record(EHR) systems.
