An RDB to RDF mapping language(R2RML) based approach that maps dengue patients’ information maintained in legacy system(Relational database) to an existing dengue patients’ ontology is proposed in this paper. Mapping file is generated using R2RML for the database which is subsequently customized and mapped with the existing ontology. Abstract
