The highest shoot length, shoot girth, shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weigh, leaf number, leaf area, leaf fresh weight, leaf dry weight and root to shoot ratio were obtained from four node cuttings grown on a 1:1:1 mixture of forest soil: decomposed animal manure: fine sand rooting media, with the exception of the highest root length and rooting percentage of cuttings obtained from the rooting media containing pure sand. In addition highest root fresh weight, root volume and root dry weight were obtained from five nodal cuttings. 2011/ 2012年在埃塞俄比亚西南部研究了不同生根介质和扦插节数对香草香精苗期性能的影响。本试验采用6种生根介质(森林土、分解动物粪便、细沙、1:1混合森林土:细沙、1:1混合分解动物粪便:细沙、1:1:1混合森林土:分解动物粪便:细沙)和4个节点数(2、3、4、5个节点切割)。处理采用随机完全区组设计,3个重复。结果表明,除出芽率和根数外,其余各因子的交互作用均显著(P < 0.05)。在森林土壤:分解动物粪便:细砂生根介质上生长的4个节理插条的茎长、茎周长、茎鲜重、茎干重、叶数、叶面积、叶鲜重、叶干重和根冠比均最高,除纯砂生根介质的插条的根长和生根率最高外。根鲜重、根体积和根干重均以5根节插条最高。腐畜粪便和纯细沙培养基上生长的2个节理根生率和新梢生长率均较低。关键词:香草香味,繁殖,生根介质,节数。
