Previous studies mostly focus on the adequacy of offshore wind farms and their power collection systems, and less consider the impact of offshore wind farm on the receiving-end grid. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the reliability of power system including offshore wind farm. Firstly, this paper establishes an overall reliability evaluation system of power system with offshore wind farm from three aspects: wind resource evaluation index, transmission capacity of offshore wind power system and outage load of receiving-end grid. Then, the improved grey correlation method is used to weight the indexes to further improve the objectivity of the evaluation. Finally, in IEEE-RTS79 system, the reliability of power system with offshore wind farm is analyzed and evaluated.
