Results: A total of 370 medical cases of Sini Decoction were retrieved, among which the high-frequency drugs included aconite, dried ginger, licorice, poria, etc., and the high-frequency drug types included warm medicine, tonic medicine, epidemic medicine, and diuretic dampness medicine, etc., 21 potential drug combinations were found, among which the high-frequency drug combinations included dried ginger → aconite, licorice → aconite, poria → aconite, etc. Conclusion: When Sini Decoction was used to treat clinical diseases, attention should be paid to the combination of tonic medicine and warm medicine, so as to achieve the effect of back to Yang to rescue and supplementing both Yin and Yang. Abstract

Objective: To excavate the internal drug use rules by analyzing the related medical cases of Sini Decoction in ancient and modern society, it can provide reference for the reasonably use of Sini Decoction in clinic. 基于古今医学案例的四逆汤药物数据挖掘
目的:通过分析古今社会四逆汤的相关医学案例,挖掘四逆汤的内部用药规律,为临床合理使用四逆汤提供参考。方法:采用数据挖掘技术,收集古今医学案例,对收集到的用药数据进行规范化,建立四逆汤相关病例数据库,分析四逆汤内部用药规律。结果:共检索四逆汤370例,其中高频药物包括附子、干姜、甘草、茯苓等,高频药物类型包括温药、滋补药、流行药、利尿湿药等,发现21种潜在的药物组合,其中高频药物组合包括干姜→乌头、甘草→乌头、茯苓→乌头等。结论:四逆汤治疗临床疾病时,应注意补药与温药相结合,以达到回阳救急、阴阳互补的效果。以疫药、湿药、调气药为辅,达到治疗疾病的目的。
