Abstract

Boesenbergia siphonantha (King ex Baker) M.Sabu, Prasanthk. & Skornick. (Zingiberaceae) is newly recorded from Thailand and Vietnam. Its nomenclatural history, taxonomy, and molecular phylogeny are discussed. Figures, a comparative table and a watercolour illustration are provided.
