Abstract

Smart grid has some characteristics such as high degree of information and digital. Because all aspects in smart grid generate huge amounts of data, big data applications in the smart grid have been obtained more and more attention. This paper describes the characteristics of data mining technology in smart grid and the visualization in big data services. Several practical applications of big data mining technology are introduced in detail, we compare and summarize the practical applications from multi angles. At last, it points out the future development direction of big data visualization services.
