Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, education level and job satisfaction on organizational commitment to teachers of SMP in Padang Panjang City. This research is included in causative research with Path analysis techniques. The population in this study were all SMPN teachers in Padang Panjang City with a total sample of 132 respondents. The results of the study indicate compensation has a direct effect on organizational commitment. The level of education has a direct effect on organizational commitment.
