Abstract

Alzheimer and cognitive impairment are very dangerous disorders in the world. While cognitive decline is connected with Alzheimer. More researches have been carried out in recent days. Alzheimer is a kind of disease which is very much less in exposure. This paper gives a detailed explanation about the cognitive decline and its association with Alzheimer Disease and also some approaches.
