This study aims to determine the anxiety of preschool children who experience hospitalization before and after being given play therapy (sing) in the Mawar Room Clinic at Artha Medica Center, Central Lampung. The method in this study used nursing action in the form of play therapy (sing) to 10 preschool children who experienced nursing problems due to hospitalization which were reported in the form of a case study. The results showed that after being given play therapy (sing), there was a decrease in anxiety levels. Abstract

Hospitalization is a planning or emergency process that requires the child to stay in the hospital for therapy and treatment. The reaction of pre-school children when experiencing hospital treatment is a reaction of protest, hopelessness and regression.
