Combined with the status of railway freight, logistics operation and financial institutions, we design the operation mode and establish 4 internal risk evaluate on indicators and 21 external risk evaluation indicators, and use the structural equation model to evaluate the risks faced by railway logistics enterprises in the process of financial operation. The simulation results show that the external risk is greater than the internal risk. In detail, the order of impact degree of risk factors from high to low is: regulatory institution risk, financing enterprise risk, legal risk, core enterprise risk, environmental risk, and capital platform risk.
