Combined with the status of railway freight, logistics operation and financial institutions, we design the operation mode and establish 4 internal risk evaluate on indicators and 21 external risk evaluation indicators, and use the structural equation model to evaluate the risks faced by railway logistics enterprises in the process of financial operation. The simulation results show that the external risk is greater than the internal risk. In detail, the order of impact degree of risk factors from high to low is: regulatory institution risk, financing enterprise risk, legal risk, core enterprise risk, environmental risk, and capital platform risk. Abstract

铁路物流财务运作模式及风险评估系统的智能设计
为适应铁路企业现代化转型形势下铁路物流金融业务的发展,设计物流、资金流、信息流的智能一体化运作模式,并对财务风险进行评估,指导铁路企业的财务运作。结合铁路货运、物流运营和金融机构的现状,设计运营模式,建立4个内部风险评价指标和21个外部风险评价指标,运用结构方程模型对铁路物流企业在财务运营过程中面临的风险进行评价。仿真结果表明,外部风险大于内部风险。具体来看,风险因素影响程度由高到低的顺序为:监管机构风险、融资企业风险、法律风险、核心企业风险、环境风险、资金平台风险。内部风险排序为:内部管理风险、抵押风险、未来发展风险和技术应用风险。
