Abstract
The work investigates the state of corporate culture at the enterprises of mechanical engineering. This is done in order to identify the positive and negative features of functioning and to create a certain system of ideas about corporate culture, which will in the future determine the main and perspective directions of formation of corporate culture. Diagnosis, analysis and assessment of the state of corporate culture were carried out, and the methodology of multilevel diagnostics of corporate culture was used.
