Abstract
We developed an SOA-integrated electro-optically tunable RTF laser with suppressed spurious wavelengths during dynamic tuning. The laser exhibited hitless (no interference with other channels) nanosecond-scale $\lambda$-switching for 128-Gbps coherent signals.
