Abstract

1. The authors of the communication are Karel Malinovsky (III), Vladimir Malinovsky, Alexander Malinovsky and Katerina Malin, nationals of the United States of America born in 1960, 1962, 1964 and 1961 respectively. They claim that the State party has violated their rights under articles 14 (6) and 26 of the Covenant. The Optional Protocol entered into force for the State party on 22 February 1993. The authors are not represented by counsel.
