In this study, the literature method and logical analysis were used to analyze the training programs and practices of outdoor professional talents in 17 universities in 6 countries, including the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom, and explore the characteristics of outdoor professional talents training in European and American countries. The results show that: 1) According to the characteristics and advantages of their own disciplines, each school will include outdoor sports, education, management, tourism and other professional categories; 2) Take social development as the center, pay attention to the cultivation of professional ability, professionalism, professional ethics and environmental literacy; 3) According to the professional quality of talents to develop a scientific curriculum system in line with outdoor characteristics and laws; 4) The establishment of a sound cooperative training mechanism between universities and social outdoor institutions, which provides conditions for improving students' outdoor leadership, environmental awareness and other aspects; 5) Promote students' professional ability and practical experience through various and multi-level vocational qualification training and certification. Abstract

欧美高校户外人才培养的特点及启示
旨在考察欧美国家户外专业人才培养的特点,为中国户外专业人才培养提供参考。本研究采用文献法和逻辑分析法,对美国、澳大利亚、英国等6个国家17所高校的户外专业人才培养方案和实践进行分析,探讨欧美国家户外专业人才培养的特点。结果表明:1)各学校根据自身学科的特点和优势,将开设户外运动、教育、管理、旅游等专业类别;2)以社会发展为中心,注重职业能力、职业素养、职业道德和环境素养的培养;3)根据人才的专业素质,制定科学的符合户外特点和规律的课程体系;4)高校与社会户外机构建立完善的合作培养机制,为学生户外领导力、环保意识等方面的提升提供条件;5)通过各种多层次的职业资格培训和认证,提升学生的专业能力和实践经验。对优化中国户外专业人才培养体系,提高培训质量,满足社会需求,促进行业发展具有借鉴意义。
