Abstract
GSM technology usually uses two antenna paths for uplink on base station. In special cases there are available four antenna paths due to power requirement in downlink on base station for one cell. Because two antenna paths are still necessary for uplink side (reception part), it is appropriate to know, what antenna paths usage is optimum. This article is engaged in signal level measurement and its evaluation.
