Abstract
Co-simulation of photonic and electronic circuits accounting for laser dynamics and circuit parasitic is developed to optimize ultrahigh-speed optical transmitters. Excellent signal quality is obtained for both 28- and 56-Gb/s multi-channel optical transceivers.
