A critical analysis of the technologies used for development of applications dedicated to persons with autism spectrum disorder

Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is not fully curable. ASD is characterized by behavioral abnormalities, difficulties in expressing their emotions, in communication. Therefor an early diagnosis can help children develop social skills and integrate better in society as they grow. This paper analyzes the solutions and algorithms used for developing applications in order to diagnose and help persons with autism. Critical comparisons have been emphasized between the analyzed research works.
