The proposed antenna can be easily integrated with IC with low cost by simply attaching PCB planar tapered slot antenna(TSA)to on-chip antenna, providing increased directivity. Feed slot on TSA receiving electric fields from primary antenna is optimized to obtain good impedance matching and low side-lobe level.
