The necessity of introduction of full-time prison chaplin came from the religious and academic circles from the perspective of its own reform, instead of the current prison religious committee system, like a military chaplin. But, arguments of religious aspect are limited in that religious missionary interests are secretly embedded and academia's arguments were also literature studies, and empirical studies were insufficient. \nTherefore, although empirical preceding studies on national prison officers have been published in 2021, there is a limitation in that it is a study with a strong bureaucratic and sociological context.
