Abstract

Technological advances have a great influence on the world of education. One of them is the application of e-learning , but in reality e-learning has several weaknesses. So the alternative to the weakness of e-learning is the blended learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of teachers in implementing the blended learning model. The type of research used is quantitative with the E-learning Readiness (ELR) model using a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis using the SmartPLS application at SMAN 2 Kuta Baro, the teacher is ready to implement blended learning .
