Pattern computer (abstract only)

Abstract

Problems of designing, creation, developing, production and dissemination for principally new so called pattern computers and respective intellectual information technologies and systems are discussed. Research strategy and technical policy for Ukraine on 2000-2010 years period as well as on nearest 2000-2003 years period are considered too. For example, ways how to create a dictation and spoken translation machine are debated.
