The Control System Design of Coin-Operated Massage Chair

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of life and work efficiency, it has become a new choice for people to use massage chair to relieve fatigue and pressure timely. A coin-operated massage chair control system has been designed in this paper. LPC2131 is adopted as the main controller in the system, which obtains the signals from coin recognition module and control module, after LPC2131 processing, massage chair speed control and the mode are realized by instructions. The system includes a controller module, a lifting module for the back of the massage chair, a control panel module, a music playing module and a display module. Users can realize real-time control of the running state of massage chair through the control panel. After debugging, the software and hardware are fully matched, and the functions of coin recognition, display, music playing, lifting function, running speed and mode control function of the back of massage chair are realized.
