Abstract

A line for assembling of electromechanical products - connectors has been studied. The line is automatic and flexible, thanks to the use of 15 robots for transport and assembly. The possibilities are for assembling a family of several types of connectors. The work of the line is analysed and evaluated through statistics. With the help of machine learning, it is possible to reconfigure the line automatically and even to be able to produce different connectors according to a predetermined assembly sequence.
