In thispaper, theauthorspresentclusteringalgorithmthat eliminatestherequirementoffrozenperiodandminimizesreclusteringofentirenetworkbylocally repairingclusterstructurethatgetsaffectedduetomomentofheadnode.Theyhavereducedthe numberofmessagesexchangedintheirproposedworkbyincludingdifferentrangeoftransmission foreachnodeandoverallstabilityofentirestructureisenhanced.
