Abstract

In 2019, GB/T 36146.2-2019 “China Automotive Test Cycle Part 2: Heavy-duty commercial vehicles” has been officially released. Around 2025, a batch of test standards for heavy commercial vehicles, including GB/T 27840 “Fuel Consumption Test for Heavy-duty commercial vehicles” and GB/T 19754 “Test Method for Energy Consumption of Heavy-duty Hybrid Electric Vehicles”, will adopt CHTC cycle instead of C-WTVC cycle. Based on the 4.5-ton commercial vehicle with the highest penetration rate in N2 new energy commercial vehicles, this paper analyzes the adaptability of P2 hybrid system to different test cycles by means of Cruise and Simulink co-simulation.
