Abstract
A model of an X-band transmit-receive module was developed that was designed for definition of requirements to characteristics of an interconsistent set of monolithic microwave integrated circuits. The description of the model structure and the criteria for optimization of characteristics of MMIC included in the transmission and reception channels are given. The results of simulation of characteristics of MMIC included in the TRM are presented.
