Abstract

Muscadet dry white wine of the region of Nantes benefits from a stamp since 1936. But the high quality gratefulness and the vineyard rapid expansion are recent (twenty years). From precise informations and interviews, the author analyses the extension's system of big wine-growing exploitations in Sèvre-et -Maine : origin, stages , forms, actors .
