Development of an X-band High-order Frequency Mutiplier

Abstract

Frequency multiplier, which is the core of the frequency synthesis device can reduce the frequency of vibration, extend frequency band and improve working stability. In this paper, a design of a X-band high-order frequency multiplier is presented. The frequency multiplier has the dimensions of 55mm×50mm×16mm with a weight of 100g.
