Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in a case of previously treated coarctation of aorta: A major concern for an anaesthesiologist

Abstract

Coarctation of the aorta (CoA) is a congenital disability which poses a real challenge to the life of an individual. We successfully managed a case of CoA, previously corrected by Cheatham platinum stent, planned for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in a small town with a limited-resource setup.
