Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of employees' commitment (affective, normative, continuous) in the food & beverage departments of deluxe hotels upon job satisfaction and analyze the moderating effects of the leader-member exchange on the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
