RESEARCH OF THE MAIN APPROACHES TO THE MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOCIAL FACILITIES

Abstract

This article examines the main approaches to the interpretation of the term project, project for the construction of a social facility, project management. The article analyzes three approaches to project management: traditional, subject, process. The features of the implementation of three approaches to project management in relation to social objects are revealed. In addition, significant attention is paid to the mechanism for applying the ISO 21500 standard in the management of projects for the construction of social facilities. An improved block diagram of work with design estimates and the development of a project for the production of work at the preparatory stage for the construction of a social facility is proposed.
