A Research on the Electromagnetic Scattering of Civilian Vehicle

Abstract

In this paper, a set of K-band simulated and measured scattering data for civilian vehicle is presented. A high-frequency electromagnetic simulation method is used to calculate the radar cross section of the facet model of civilian vehicle. To prove the validity of the simulation, we build a measurement system in the microwave anechoic chamber, and obtain the radar cross section and radar image of the Baojun E100 car. Several numerical examples demonstrate the ability of the proposed method.
